Default Statuatory Declaration

Can you please clarify, do we need to send the Original Statutory Declaration or a certified photo copy of it to ACS and DIAC?

And congrats buddy for the ACS thing.

HI Anj, thanks for your reply.

Looks like you are the verymuch active person on the board

I am seeking one clarification. The current one I am working for is third one, Its not providing the reference letter as it is against to the policies, so I am using a Stat Decl.

My second company has provided me the reference letter.

But my first company is not operational now, So shall I use the same stat Decl that I used for my present company for Stat Decl. Or I have to use a seperate stat decl for the first company?

Please clarify. So total no.of stat. decl would be 2 or 1 ? :-)

Thanks,

Hi,

I know this question has been asked to you anj but i hope u wouldn't mind if i answer the same.

You should make 2 stat decs as both the reasons for not providing the employer references are different. and nehow if you make one you need to mentions the details of botht he companies and it will be better to make them separately for more clarification.it'll help the CO and thus the result will be faster...

Note: please correct me anj if i'm wrong.

Regards,
Jaz

Thanks Jaz, for your reply.

So now I should make 4 stat decl. 2 for DIAC and 2 for ACS? Or make 2 stat del and wait till I hear a +ve reply from ACS, then make another 2 with the same content for DIAC? Please clarify.

Thanks.
