Default It's time to go!

Hello all! Im a 19yr old looking to move down under! Im just wondering now that i have left college with all needed qualifications and been working in the I.T trade for just over a year and a half now, how i would go about starting to look into moving to aus! Firstly what type of visa should i look at i have a diploma in I.T technology and a CV inclduing praises from my 1st and current employer stating for a youngster my I.T knowledge is outstanding. I really want to find some kind of sponsership if possible that will help me into aus. I have enough money inherited and saved to last me 4 months + or maybe put a down payment on somewere but just need a stepping stone on the board to give me a general overview of what i need to do.

Hope it's not to long winded just needed to get it all out!
Thanks
Aaron

Hi Aaron,

Have a look at Visas & Immigration since that covers all the visas depending on whether to want to move out here permanently or not.

Have you been to Australia? If you want to check it out you may be able to get a working visa.

Hopefully Liana will be back soon and she can give you some professional advice (she's an agent).

Regards,
Karen

Hi Aaron,

If you check out timeline that may give you the current times for visa processing, or check with a migration agent.

I came in on skilled independent visa and that took us 2 years but your visa may be quicker.

Karen
