avg salary - IT line

Hi Everyone,

I recently was offered a job in Sydney as a lead developer for internet applications (flash/flex-based). The company has asked me to move to Australia and will be able to sponsor me for my visa. I'm just curious what the average salary would be for a position like this in Sydney. If anyone in the field shed some light on this or can point me to some reliable sites that'll be great! I'll be much appreciated.
