ok here goes,

initial interview with agent Sept 08
paperwork complete and sent to TRA Feb 09
state sponsorship March 09
Application lodged April 09
Visa granted July 09

I hope that everyone waiting has the same luck as us very very soon

Hi weelee, CONGRATULATIONS on getting your visa and good-luck with selling your house!! I've just had a second viewing tonight so that looks promising!....all i need now is the visa..keep us posted on any developments, well done.u..........
