thank you very much,

I think it was a bit of both, our agent case worker seemed like a slave driver at times always calling wanting more info. I also worked o the next section while we were waiting for the call for the next set of paperwork so when the call came through it was ready and sent off the same day.

we used the visa bureau in london who were very good at least our case worker was.
