Default Spouse related question

I heard, from reliable sources that it is incredibly difficult to bring your wife to US if
you have a GC(permanent resident) and she doesn't. How is it in Oz ?
Is is fairly straightforward to add a spouse to the PR if the groom
already has a PR ?

Yes, straightforward (a few months processing time and she can be with you while being processed - onshore option). Please search the forum as several members have recently gone through the process.

You can look at the forms at the Immi website.
