these are being allocated and processed as supplies of State and state Territory Nominated applications are exhausted.what is the meaning of this line

the statement is ambiguous rajesh, it can mean either that states are not giving sponsorship anymore or that the quota for state sponsorship visas is over.

The ASPC list is the list of priorities you get when you email a blank msg to aspc.processing@immi.gov.au - it tells you the list of whats being processed and when - eg how far through the queue they are.
