hi all,

we are in the same boat all documents are at the met stage since may 29 2009 we have state sponsorship but are still waiting for a decision I suppose we just have to carry on as normal and try not to think of it too much.

It will happen when it happens hopefully sooner rather then later.

Hi there!
We are also in the same boat! We have applied for a permenant visa and are planning to move to Melbourne, we lodged our visa 4 months ago and we have been told by our agents that they are only processing visas that are on the critical skills list, my partner is a lift engineer and unfortunatly is not on the list! So it is a waiting game i suppose! Let us know how you get on and good luck!

hi! Guys,

Just wondering: How long it normally take to approve a Spouse Visa (VISA processing time) - Subclass-309?

I have waited more than 2 weeks after my interview .

According to globalvisa website, "It could take 6-8 weeks.".

Is there any exact figure?

Just confused and STRESSED

Your feedback would be much appreciated.

Best Regards,
Borshon
