Arrow Hurray ACS Cleared

Hi i would like to thank you everyone who has helped me in getting indepth information for ACS. However, i joined this forum after sending my ACS application but i have received all moral support from here......

I got my ACS positive result letter today..........
This is my second copy of letter as first copy was returned back to AU....

Now i am heading towards IELTS preparation....but thinking i have an option for relative sponsorship so can i file my application right now and give my IELTS paper after preparation?? please suggest......

congrats mohit

i dont think they wud appreciate filing the application without IELTS. I know a few people whose application was actually rejected because of the same reason, late IELTS result submission. Also, relative sponsored visas aren't any faster I believe. the priority remains Employer Sponsored, State Sponsored, CSL and MODL.

wouldn't you want to take either of the priority routes?

Also, keep it in mind, for state sponsored, the minimum eligibility is IELTS bandscore of 7. most of teh states have this as a criteria.

Congratulations!!!

I think that the your IELTS results will have to be submitted the same time as your main application. The 175 visa asks for those results to be submitted with the main application so I'm pretty certain that's the same with any visa application.

yes mohit, u need to submit the ielts the same time. u can do it as u want but accepted is everything together. all the months of hardwork will go down the drain if u feel u want to do it now and thn submit ielts later.
