Default csl confusion

dear mam,
according to aspc list. csl apllicant will be allocated as a date of lodgement order.but they never give granted visa acc. to lodgement order.pls te;; me what is the procedure to issue visa to csl. i m feb 2008 lodged applicant i have a case officer(11 march) bu still i have no visa.all allocation of csl will completed end of may2009.another question, can case officers issue a granted visa at same day like 176(sponsered) and 175 csl

hi rajesh

because of priority processing, no one can really say when the visas are being granted but the may 2009 deadline is not for visa grants but it is for CO allocations for all CSL applicants. I know a lot of people who have got their visas who are on CSL, i think it is mainly to do with the documents provided.

All I would say is wait, i guess you must have sent your medicals and PCC by now. you can send a PLE to the department and ask them teh progress
