how long for works visa

Hi just looking some info about getting a works visa. we are looking to go over for one year, leaving in april.
how long does it take to get?
how much will it cost?
and lastly how much are flights over and back?
any help would be gratefully received

Hi are you going on a whv visa or are you applying for the skilled independent visa

we are heading out from Ireland hopefully june the flight are coming up to €3000 for one way for two adults and 3 children but if you look you can find some good prices
my husband flew out in April just gone and his flights were about €1100 euro for return flights he left early march and flew home the 17 of April some times the flights can be a little more expensive with the easter hols but aren't they in March this year ! were will you be flying from i can post some links to flights prices if you want just let me know.
