Default Motorbike costs

Can someone tell me about taking my bike with me (Motorcycle)?
How much it would cost to transport over and the duty payable?
The bike cost me €2000 and is a 125cc.

Hi Sned,

I've moved this a new thread since it's a different question than moving back to Oz.

Were you asking about moving your bike from Australia or to Australia? I think it was to Australia...

We moved our car to Oz but that was in a container with the rest of our stuff.

Regards,
Karen

We paid about £6,000 back in July 2007 from London to Melbourne (then to Mount Gambier in SA) for a 40ft container (about half of that was the Mustang ).
