Default Assistance fr RPL, Agent & Stat Dec

Hi Liana,

I am planning to apply for RPL. I have total 8 yrs of work exp. in IT. Currently, working for IBM India. My skill is listed in MODL and critical list. I am just having problem in filling up the project report and the section in RPL form where it ask for detail relation b/w COBK and my work exp. Can you please help me with your suggestion? Also, can you send me a format of statutory declaration and resume?

Also, can you please suggest an agent who could help me (not very expensive)? I recently applied for L1 visa for US from my company, I have 90% papers ready except the RPL project report and related documentation.

Thanks
Imran

HI Imran

I would suggest starting a new thread for your queries (which I did already). Not many people open old threads and your question might not even be seen by those who know the answer because the subject of the same is different.

another thing, please dont post the same question in different threads. repeating your question wont get you more replies.

Now about stat dec, I gave all that I knew in the stat dec thread. what basically you need to write in it is the reason why you are not providing the info/documents that are required. it is like an affidavit but more elaborate.

We can help you if you tell us why do u want to give the stat dec.

also there are a few agents who post here often, SOMV being one of them (she posts often, her contact details are in her signature)

we used akmigration, search for them on google, the contact details are in their website.

You could also search the forum for agents/which agent to use etc (there is a search option in the forum), this has been discussed before and many people have mentioned their agent names with their opinion/experience.

For anything else, feel free to ask.

Cheers
anj

Thanks Anj, for your respone. Sat dec is for my previous company before IBM was absorbed by another co. Thanks for info. The documentation stuff mentioned can be done by myself. So should I approach an agent?

Hi Imran,

It entirely depends on you, an agent just guides you regarding the paperwork etc but everything is more or less done by you. and in case where you either dont have too much time left (nearing 45 cases) or other complicated cases, agent works well with them. in our case we used an agent but then we are one of those lethargic bones who need a push everytime we plan something .

You take a call, if you think you can manage the paperwork, u shud go ahead and file it on ur own, if you think you r not confident enuff, go for an agent. in anyways there are lots of people who wil lend a helping hand.

Also, try searching fro RPL in the forum, I am sure this has been discussed before

Cheers

Hi Anj,

Thanks for your reply, yes I am confident that I can do it myself, atleast ACS I can do it myself. The documents required are very basic and I have all (educational+professional+trainings) in place nicely arranged as I had to do it for my US visa too. The only difficult point is RPL project report and Sec 3.0, I assume to get help from this forum. Rest God is there -

Regards
iaquil
