Limits on visa processing

regarding the recent changes to skilled 176 and 175 visa processing.. am i right in thinking that the only skilled visa's being processed this year in that class are state and terrotary skilled sponsered visa's and skills on the critical list im not sure if ive understood it correctly even though ive been over it a million times....

please could someone confirm this for me..

Have you read the 'Important: Government cuts migration' post? There is a link in the 'PLEASE READ....' sticky post towards the top of this forum. That has information from an agent on the recent changes and that may be what you are looking for...

will make it easier for u to understand. govt has streamlined the visa processing. in order of priority, the applications are being processed.
1. State sponsored, employer sponsored
2. CSL
3. MODL
4. all other applicants

which means they r giving priority to the sponsored applicants followed by the CSLs, then the MODL and then the regular applications.
