my son phoned me last week in a panick.. he said a young man had been attacked right in front of him at a bus stop.. he said it had all happened in a flash and the boy was unconciouse an ambulance was called and when i asked my son if the police were there thinking they might want him to give a statement.. he said they were not and that a good ten min's had passed.. I was shocked at this as this incident was right outside a police station on a main road.. i worry every time my 16 year old leaves the house.. if this can happen at the door of a police station the mind boggles.. especially when the police are just not interested.. yes parts of scotland are violent and the bad guys have got the upper hand.. cant wait untill my son can leave the house without me feeling it might be the last time i see him alive..

i absolutely believe u.. hvnt u heard of all the students being killed/dying mysteriously in the US and all of them are from Andhra.. it happens. I dont know how much u know the statistics but Indians are supposedly the preferred lot being hard workers as compared to the brits and the americans. coming from developing country, they/we learn the hard way and are the most dedicated. tht can be one of the reason..but i dont understand this biased robbery bit.. y target indians only.. do they think we indians have more money thn any other class ??

Even I read in papers about Andra people being targeted. One of my friend's cousin was also killed in US. Not sure of their intentions on Indians. Have to survive in such a world.

That's how it was for us in the UK and that was our 'home' country.
