Default Is RPL assessment required if I have an MCSE certification?

Hi,
I'm about to lodge an assessment with the ACS.
I've got 11 years of substantial experience in various fields of IT (last 6 years C++,C# programming).
I obtained an MCSE in 1999 and a number of addional MCP certifications during the following few years. I do not have a degree.

The FAQ of the ACS states the following:
Certain vendor certification courses either individually or in combination and supported by substantial relevant experience may be sufficient to meet the ACS Skills Assessment Requirements for Group B.

(Applicants with vendor qualifications MCSE, MCSD, CLP and CNE gained from 1997, and CDE , Master CNE , CNI , CCE , and OCM gained from 2004, and MCPD and MCITP gained from 2007, CISA and CISM gained from June 2007, CISSP from May 2008).
Does anyone know whether this means I can complete a standard assessment instead of a RPL assessment? Or might I be best doing the RPL assessment in case they MAY decide that my combination of certifications aren't adequate?
Any feedback from someone with experience in this area would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I think you will have to do RPL, as RPL is group B I believe. I used Peter at ptlabs.com.au to help me complete my RPL application, he saved me a ton of time. I would recommend getting a free assessment from him so he can tell you what you qualify for:
