I have receive my medical and in a couple of days, I will receive my visa, but I am planning to move to Sydney after 2 months after receiving visa.

Now the problem is that, my younger brother wish to apply for immigration to Australia, He do not have enough points to get eligible by himself since his

current job is of airline(cargo) which is not listed in MODL, he want to encash my points, but it is only possible in a case when I will be there, and I do not have visa yet.

Question is this, that he wants to apply for assestment to the relevant organization. Will they ask for reference of the blood relation in this phase or

blood relation reference is required at the time, when he apply for visa.

Are you saying that once you have your visa and you arrive in Australia, you want to sponsor your brother? Remaining Relative Visa (Onshore) (Subclass 835)

I don't understand what you mean by "encash your points".
