no difference, paper based is slower since u waste the time while the papers take to reach. You need to get all papers attested whereas in online application you can color scan them and attach.

But more or less, there is just say a week's difference. some say online is faster but i doubt.

Thats a good news for me Anj. Just now checked the online application form. It looks simple and no need to worry about arranging papers. Below is the list of docs I am going to gather. Kindly advise if I miss anythin,
1. Passport
2. Reference letter ( the letter dated as Aug 2006 which I had obtained at the time of employment saying that "I am an employee of Company A from Aug 2004 till date" ) & Appointment letter from Company A . PLs note I was working there from Aug 2004 till Oct 2006.
3. Ex-Team Lead's reference letter & business card, appointment letter, resignation letter, pay slips of Company B
4. Current employers pay slip, appointment letter and a letter from my manager with his business card
5. Degree certificate and Mark sheets for all the semesters.

Did I miss anything, kindly advise.

Cheers
