Hi, I am moving back to the UK for 12 months and want to rent out my luxury property in Australia near the Gold Coast, it has B&B approval so the tenant can get some income too. It has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, spa, sauna, cinema, gym etc. etc.
