Hi:

Of these the 175 is the least restrictive. With the 176 and 457 you have some restrictions tying you to the employer.

Here are the obligations for the 175 visa:
Skilled – Independent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 175)
As you see it doesn't really have any real restrictions, once you're in, that's it.

Here are the obligations for the 176 visa:
Skilled – Sponsored (Migrant) visa (subclass 176)

175 and 176 are Permanent residency visas, 457 is Temporary Business Visa with validity upto 4 yrs.

457 visa holders can work only for their sponsoring employer and if they want to stay past 4 yrs in AU need to apply for a Permanent Residency Visa (often the 856 subclass) by the end of their 457 validity period.

Here are the conditions for the 457:
Temporary Business (Long Stay) - Standard Business Sponsorship (Subclass 457)

***
Of these 457 Visa processing tends to be the fastest.

***
I recommend a read of the pages on the Immi website for each of these Visas.

***
If you feel daunted by the paperwork or have some doubts you should speak with a migration agent.

Good luck
