Default Meds Clearance

Hi Experts,

I have my wife's and son meds cleared and same is acknowledged by CO. Mine too got cleared last Fri 4-Jan-12 But CO in mail sent on 7-Jan-12 says it is not yet received. All health was done using e-health. Does it take time to get visible at DIAC end ?

Sorry but I have to ask.

How do you know that your medical is cleared?

Meds are actually processed by HOC and the results are then uploaded online so That your CO can access them. If the CO cannot see the results, it may be that they have not been uploaded correctly. Even the update to your online medical status is actually done by HOC.

In such cases, you just need to contact HOC so that they can check that the results of your medical are being displayed correctly and forward the confirmation that you receive to your CO.
