Not sure what you are asking. ( hence why I will leave the question here, before moving it to the Dubai section).

If you are planning a move to Dubai, I can assist you with any questions you have ( Im an Australian living in the UAE)

If you are planning a move there, be aware it is illegal to live together if not married-
the biggest problem will be you can not sponsor your spouse( for residency)- they will have to be sponsored by an employer.

Question

i have not contacted them because the people in consulate in australia told me to do from dubai but i am worried about the laws as live in relationship is not acceptable in dubai so i really wonder will the australian consulate follow australian laws or dubai laws when they look at my case in dubai.

Have you tried contacting one of our agents on the forum? They may be able to offer advice. We have several of them on the forum - pc, SOMV, Liana Allen, and Alan Collett. If you do a search on their user names you should be able to contact them through their signatures.

Please say that you heard of them through this forum and come back and tell us how you got on.

Regards,
Karen

What no answer from any of the agents?

I do think you need professional help with this so if they didn't answer to email have you tried phoning them?

In theory they should follow Australian law. However, these things do not exist in a vacuum...

Why not contact the DIAC and apply directly through them? Why would you need to deal with a consulate/Embassy at all?
