Default HELP - guidance needed to get out of the UK before I go NUTS !.

Not a new question I'm sure. !!
Any recommendations on Agents to use in the UK to assist with Visa Application ?.
Additionally, if I were not to make the big 120 points for entry Visa, I understand 100 points gets you into a pool , how does this work ?, finally I've heard that for the less popular territories only 70 points is needed, anyone know anything further about this, ie is statement correct, what locations are being referred to at the lower points level.
.Not trying to be negative, however as a a seasoned Employee in IT Banking and without a degree, I'm certain I will miss out on the 120 points for sure .
I dont want a Business Visa BUT We would be hoping to arrive in Australia with approx AUD 730,000.00 if that helps our case at all.
Thanks in advance.

Default information overload

thanks for info, currently going through information to hand, perhaps I am being too thorough as feeling a little confused in terms of best way forward !?*, I guess , like alot of people wanting to fulfill their dreams, it's all about following through on your dreams, hopes for the future, afterall you can't live the dream until you take that first step , leap of faith, call it what you will. I would be interested to know how people made their choice in terms of Agents they used for Visa Assistance, cost is not so much of an issue for me, I'm just interested in getting the right result !. Will go to EXPO in London in November too, for more information overload !!!!.

If you've got that sort of money I'll sponsor you!!!! haha

Seriously though - there is an option to bump your points up with a $100k bond - you get it back a year after you arrive in the country I think (or something like that!).

I would strongly recommend just having a consultation (usually the first is free) with an agent and going from there. It wouldnt hurt to visit a couple of them just to check that you get the same info.

Good luck

Rach
