Default Certifying Certificates for skills assessment

Hi there, if any one can help on this I would be very grateful!

I am applying for skills assessment on the washington accord qualification and my engineering degree certificates and transcripts need to be copied and certified.

THE FORM STATES:
"The following classes of persons are authorised to certify copies of documents:
• A current Financial Member of Engineer Australia (other than at the Student grade).
The membership number must be shown
• A Staff Member of Engineers Australia
• A Notary Public authorised in the country of application
• A Commissioner for Oaths (Declarations) authorised in the country of application
• A Lawyer, Solicitor, Barrister or Judge authorised in the country of application
• A Justice of the Peace authorised in Australia or in the country of application"

BUT I DON'T KNOW ANY OF THE ABOVE!

Has any one had the same problem? and how do i get around this?

I hope some one can help me please

Kind thanks
Steve
