Default Visa Subclass 190

I have recently lodged my application for state nomination from Victoria Australia.
I've around 5 years of experience in 262111 Database Administrator. The problem is my first company A is closed and they no more support ex-employees. After that company i joined B company i worked there for another 18 months and later a C company there i worked around 15 months. I cleared my ACS with this company 'A', 'B', 'C'. finally i'm working with 'D' company.

My question is how do the case officer proceed with my application? for my occupation it is required atleast 3 years of experience. How many years of experience proof would the CO require?

Didn't really understand your question, but if you are talking about work experience then CO will verify experience with salary slips, reference letters, tax documents, bank statements etc. You can provide any or all of the above documents to prove experience.
And of course your ACS assessment.
How did you get your ACS assessment for all those above companies since you have to prove your work experience at ACS on company letter head or colleague reference letters or statutory declaration?
