Default Timing and details

I have just submitted my online application for subclass 175. I have a skilled job in demand. How long realistically do I have to wait to have an answer from them? and where can I see what applications they are dealing with now?

Also

what about these documents:
Health requirements outstanding Message
Medical examination required Message
Chest X-Ray report required Message
Chest X-Ray film required Message
HIV blood test required

Do I have to submit them now, or do I have to wat for them to tell me when?
Thank you Guys for all your help.

Best regards and good luck to all of youş

Think it has been asked before. You may want to do a search. for a brief answer, it take around 9-12 months to get an answer .
Do not do any medical tests and police reports until the case officer has been assigned. To know which date is DIAC processing the applications, pls send a blank email to aspc.processing@immi.gov.au.

hope that helps. pls do a search. It has been explained in details thoroughly before
