hi guys
i have a confusing situation regarding my bank statement

i am working in Saudi Arabia from 2010 my company were giving our salaries by hand and i was sending money to my family in my country i keep a few money with me until oct- 2011. i stop sending money to them and i open an bank account that time and i am depositing the money personally

so my problem if DAIC ask for bank statement he will find the account is new and not according to my claims in work experience

really i am afraid that will affect too much in my case please guys any suggestion to explain this situation to DAIC CO or avoid this difficult situation

Can your company provide a formal letter to you stating your salary and that you were paid this much per biweekly/monthly in cash for the specified time frame? Also, does your company not provide a paystub of some sort even though you are paid in cash?

Considering you didn't open a bank account while getting your salary, there is nothing you can do that about now. When you submit your documents regarding the proof of employment which would include a copy of you bank statement and pay slips to match, just send an email to your case officer explaining the situation. In the US, we receive a W2 form every year that we need in order to file our taxes. In your country, do you have some type of document like this? If you do, you can include that along with a copy of your tax return ... you can block other information that isn't pertinent for confidential reasons. This will verify to your case officer that you were paid this amount for the year and filed in the income tax.

there is no taxes in Saudi
but i can ask from the company to give me an experience letter up to date of issue with a stamp of Saudi chamber of commerce showing the starting date, duration also my contract and contact no. of the company.

but the stamp declare that Saudi government is not responsible on the content of this paper
they only certify that company is legit and have a licence no. and it is not written in english

I think the letter from your company of what you suggested would be okay instead of a tax return since there seems to be no taxes to file in Saudi. I think enough documents for the case officer reviewing your application to believe that you really were paid for your work.

If there is anything written in Arabic, you will need to get it translated by a certified translator. I'm not sure about Saudi but when I was in the UAE, you could certainly get a letter in English from the company, that stated your position, start date and salary but as you say, there was always that lovely disclaimer at the bottom of the letter!

There is no need to type in capital letters, it's rude and uncalled for. In text speak, this is equal to shouting!

No, there is obviously no need to translate a stamp!! DIAC is interested in the contents of the letter - not any of the fancy decorations and stamps that are so common on documents issued in the Middle East.
