Don't name the agent here. File a complaint, if you have a strong case, MARA might not renew his license next year.

How much money did he actually take for this crappy work?

Hi Folks,

I thank all of you for your valuable feedback and advice.

I wrote a mail to my agent and made him to understand he is going to be responsible for anything goes wrong due to his costliest mistake and asked him to get me the extension. At the same time I also wrote a mail to my case officer and explained her the situation in a professional manner......finally.....SHE HAS GIVEN ME TIME TILL 30TH JUNE......THANK GOD.

Now I have to submit some document pertainingt to my adopted son nothing else.......infact I did my PCC last week here in NIgeria and that has been sent to her last night.....no medicals required..because we have done it before......just need to send some legal document pertaining to my son......I am sure things should go well now....my CO started wriritng to me directly and marking my agenet a copy........THANK YOU ALL.......HOPING FOR THE GOOD NEWS SOON......

My agent is in Chennai , India and I live in Nigeria.

Kind regards

Srini
