Default PR 175 online application - Additional forms

Hi All,

I am applying for 175 PR application online and would like to know if it is sufficient to scan the filled/signed application forms 1276(Australian values statement) and form 80(personal particulars form for character assessment) and attach to the online application.

Or we have to get these forms certified as well.

Please provide your inputs.

Thanks
S

These forms don't need to be certified. You need to follow: fill - print - sign - scan- upload.
btw, why r u choosing form 1276? Did your mail request it? In my mail, it was requested for form 80 & form 1221 only.

Cheers!

I was going through the document checklist and saw it was mentioned. I am not sure if I have to include 1276 here.

Also I have not yet applied so I may be incorrect. Do we receive a mail after we lodge the application with all the documents list to be attached?

I have another query regarding ACS Skill assessment result letter. SInce we have received the ACS letter through email. DO we have to get this also certified? I am asking this because when i went to get my employment letter certified which was also sent through email, the police officer did not agree with the print-out being original as it did not have any pen(ink) signature.

Thanks

After cross checking with DIAC website, I found that 1276 is the paper based form of the main application. If you go for online option, then u don't need to fill this form additionally.
Secondly, I don't know about ACS, as my assessor was EA. I did my EA part by the agent. They mailed me the scan copy of the acceptance letter. I printed it and certified it by the Notary Public. He signed it without any query.
If you explore in this forum, u'll find that color scan is sufficient enough if the original document is printed in color. So, I think in your case you can save the mail and upload it. However, an expert member should help u out in this regard.

Cheers!

Birth Certificate is sufficient enough for "Birth certificate or other evidence of age".
For "Evidence of work experience " I've uploaded experience letter, job description letter, offer letter, all promotion & position changed letters, all annual salary certificates those were used for yearly taxation, monthly payslips of last 3 years, release letters, appointment letter of the new employment, bank statement of last 1 year, resume (whatever you've regarding your job experiences.
