Exclamation De facto partner visa

I want to bring my girlfriend to Australia to live and marry. I used to live in Turkey, we first met there. She worked for a year without a work permit because of economical crisis and unemployment in Uzbekistan so she deported however she changed her name and applied for a work permit in Turkey and got it. We lived together for 2 years but she didnt applied for an extension so she went back. I returned back to Australia after this and we cant see each other for 2 years. She knows English average and She istrying to improve it. We will apply for a partner visa. What should we do ?

In those circumstances you can't apply for the spouse visa as you have been apart for 2 years. You can apply for the Prospective Spouse Visa but expect scrutiny due to her deception and fraud of immigration systems in the past.
