Default Partner Visa subclass 309 timeline for Australia

Hi i am looking for the exact time required for Partner Visa subclass 309 for Australia

13 Jan 2012 : DOL
01 March 2012: CO assigned
14 March 2012: Medical report sent by Hospital
28 March 2012: Contacted CO by email stating that the Medical report was sent
29 March 2012: CO responds to email that Medical report not received
29 March 2012: Courier Tracking Number sent to CO
04 April 2012 : I get an email asking for X-ray film (Hospital didn't send X-ray film)
10 April 2012 : Courier Tracking Number sent for X-ray film
10 April 2012 : Email sent to check if X-ray film has been received (No Response)
23 April 2012 : Email sent to CO to check if X-ray film has been received (No Response)
01 May 2012 : My wife tried calling the CO Telephone Number (No luck)

From India you would be looking at 7 months to grant from when you applied but it can be up to 12 months depending on the circumstances.
