Sovereign Queensland University question?

I was talking to someone here in Malaysia who just got his degree and is thinking about doing an MBA. He found a program connected to a college in Kuala Lumpur, Sagi College, that is offering an MBA program in conjunction with an Australian university called Sovereign Queensland University. The degree would come from the Australian university.

He's wondering if it is a legitimate program. I tried google and couldn't find the university, which makes me a bit suspicious.

Does anybody know anything about it? Is there a site where I can check whether the place really exists?

Is he positive he got the name right? Googling without quotation marks returned a lot of possibilities, but after adding the quotation marks it came down to zero (as I'm sure you already saw).

Apparently he had the name right, but pass it through a couple of accents, and what started out as Southern ended up as Sovereign. So, I've found Southern Queensland University, and now I want to know if anyone knows whether their overseas programs are good. I guess I should create another post with the correct title.
