Default Perth Suburbs

Hi All,
In your opinions which is the best area to live around Perth, Northern or Southern suburbs? And pricewise which is best?
Steve

Hey Steve,

I have a friend who doesn't rate Butler or Clarkson very highly (northern suburbs).

Thanks Dolly. I'll keep those in mind to avoid then. Ive seen some nice places around Joondalup. Only thing is, its about 45 mins drive from where all the jobs seem to be. I drive half hour to get to work now so I guess it wouldn't be too bad.
Steve
