Arrow aged parent visa
Hi,

I am a new member in this forum. I will be immigrating to Australia in June this year. My brother is an Australian citizen settled in Melbourne.

I had some queries regarding aged parent visa. My mother is dependent on me and my brother. She lives with me in India. Since I am moving now, she need to move with me, however her family visitor visa has a 8503 condition due to which we will be unable to lodge for her aged parent visa.

Can anyone advise any way forward as we are in complete doldrums on this...
