Default WA SS - Settlement section

Hi all,
I got my ACS +ve for Business Analyst a couple of days ago and am actively looking to fill in my WA State Sponsorship. I have a few questions regarding the 'Settlement' section.
  • Regions/Reason for choice of Regions
I am primarily interested in Perth. I am looking to choose Peel and Wheatbelt as well mainly due to their proximity to Perth. I would ideally like to live in/around the CBD as both a job and a lifestyle choice. Do you think that I would need to do some more research on Wheatbelt or Peel. I honestly have no intentions to live anywhere other than Perth and I would end up having to make up something for either. Would it suffice to say I just want to be close to the heart of the city?
  • Sources for research
http://www.dtwd.wa.gov.au/dtwd/detcms/portal/ (good breakdown of regions and their specifics with a focus on the workforce)
Home | wa.gov.au (good for more general information)
Would it be fair to include blogs etc. to this list as well as I have no way of guaranteeing that these blogs are accurate and they may feel that I'm making assumptions not based on hard facts? Can I state that I used information posted in online forums?
  • Reasons to believe my qualifications have a long term demand
Would jobsearch figures from online websites and anecdotal evidence from colleagues from the region suffice? I'm not sure how else to go about this

Any input is appreciated!
-nK

if there's any resources that someone could recommend to get this information, that would be great as well.
