Suppose I am able to get a job offer in Melbourne (as a Business analyst) but have only ~3 yrs. work experience, will I be able to apply for Victorian State Sponsorship on my 176 visa?
Basically, will my job offer negate the need for having 5 years of work exp. to apply to Victoria for the SS?
Thanks!

I think that the job offer is one of the criteria that you'd have to meet. I dont' think that the job is even a criteria, but if you have the offer it helps with the overall application (if you meet the rest of the requirements). I think that Business Analysts need to have five years of experience.
