Just replied to someone with a similar question. We're using Global Visas. We've just made our first payment and sent off some paperwork. We've had a weeks contact with them, and they are very nice and friendly.

Hi Jo,

I used the Emigration group (based in the UK and NZ) and Dolly used George Lombard. Both of us are in Oz now, both having been told by other agents that we couldn't get in (we are different people honestly ).

Regards,
Karen

Hi
Thought I would add another one to the list, we used Concept Australia (North) They are based at Manchester, and kept us informed all through the process.

Hi, We have been using Global Visas too but sadley I don't think I would recommend them, we have been in the visa process for over 15 months now and have had one application refused and on our 4th consultant( high staff turnover), the paper work and documents have been passed from one person to another, a few times I have informed them about things going on with pathway D etc, paid my fees in full and a letter of complaint to the MD but what can you do.
