Exclamation ASPC site errors for Online applicants

Hi

When I checked the status on the site for my application, it showd documents required against my name, My OH is the main applicant, for his documents, it showed received. I was curious so asked my lawyer/agent about the automated responses (medical & police clearance) and the mssgs that show on the site, this is what he replied

" Regards the online documentation, department site ALWAYS has been giving errors, we submit the documents through email to the department. Once the case officer is allocated in few months then the errors will be sorted out on the web portal. Till then you’ll see automated generic reading on the ASPC website. Sit tight and don't worry. "

Just thought I would post it since a lot of people who are not using an agent get confused with the same.

Hope this helps

Cheers
Anj

Good luck with your application Anj, can you not ring embassy yourself, agent should be doing more than telling you to sit tight, thats why you pay HIM

Well, i guess once when the acs is done, there is little doubt fr the visa being granted.. i mean, there is .01% chance of being rejected if the skill assessment is done with.

for us yes, it is a relief, since we had extra crazy time dealing with teh govt. officials here in India.

sure, will c u in OZ soon enough

Anj, are you putting your visa application in before you get ACS. Just enquiring as I thought you had to wait for ACS before submitting paperwork for visa.
