IELTS overall 7 band or English training on arrival??

Hi,

As you all know that IELTS is compulsory for an Australia Immigration.
I tried once & got overall 7 band but unfortunately i got 6.5 in writing.

Just want to know if there is any option clause in visa form where we say that we will take the English language course on the arrival?

Someone told me about it but i doubt it.

can anyone has the information on this?

Hi Yasir,
The minimum score you need for the visa is 6 in each section. However you wont be gaining any points for this towards visa points calculation if you score less than 7 in the any individual section.

If you can score the required 65 points without the points from IELTS, then go ahead with your application otherwise give the test another try.

No the ielts is needed when making your application. The language class you mention is for secondary applicants who can not make the score. You can choose to pay extra for the visa and they get english classes. It does not apply to the main applicant.
