Hello,

I have been granted PR on my maiden name.

Now i would like to apply for Citizenship on my married name (Surname), would that be possible and what all documents would be require.

Of course you can, you just need to provide all the ID documents they ask for, probably birth certificate, passport with visa and evidence of name change. Which would be your marriage certificate.
