Unhappy Ielts rechecking.. Suggestion Needed.

Today i received my ielts result.

L= 7
R= 7.5
S= 7
W= 5.5

i am so disappointed with writing band. Should i go for rechecking?? Any one here who tried IELTS rechecking and got their band increased?

Most people who have been successful in increasing their score after re-marking are only able to increase their score by 0.5, hence on the basis that you need a minimum of 7 across each band, then I think such a request would be a bit of a pointless exercise.

As disappointed as you are, you need to look past this initial setback, practice and then try again.
