Default Modern renovated furnished house for rent (Melbourne)

Hello,

My husband and I are in the final stages of planning a move to Asia and we would like to rent our house to an expat moving to Melbourne for 1-2 years.

It is a very modern 3 bedroom house in the suburb of Northcote, a vibrant, sought after suburb by young families & young singles & couples, just 15 mins from the city with public transport close by.

The house has a large bright open plan living area has both ducted heating & air conditioning, with bi fold doors leading to a deck and landscaped garden.
The master bedroom has built in robes & en suite. Photos can be provide upon request to interested parties.

We are prepared to leave a large majority of our furniture behind but only if the prospective tenants treat the place with respect as it is our home that we love.

Ideal tenants would be working professionals or a small young family.
The property will potentially be available from mid February 08. Proposed rent will be in line with the market for the area.

If anyone is interested please let me know and we can make further arrangements.

Cheers,

Murphme

Default Response

Hi Jaf,

Rent will be $760 per week as it is fully furnished including electricial & white goods. It is more suited to working professionals.

Regards,
Niamh

I am so sorry.. you are correct we can not afford this house.. Just a suggestoin. you have 3 bedrooms why dont you rent all 3 to say 3 different group of people be it student or professionls... this will also help you to fetch more money than $760 per week.. say about $900 per week..

Hi Murphme,

My wife and a 3 year son and I will be in melbourne next Febuary in order to complete my master degree in the university of Melbourne. I am looking for well-furnished apartment and I noticed your offer but the price is high and I wonder if I pay you all the rent for a year in advance how much are you going to rent me per week? I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Default Your House

Hi Murphme,

I am an English expat, living in Perth with my husband and daughter.

My Husband has been offered a job in Melbourne..And your houses seems to be exactly what i am looking for.

We will probably live in Melbourne for 2 years before moving back to Perth.

We are going to rent out house out fully furnised as well, So I am hoping to find some tenants who will treat out home with the respect that i would treat yours.

My husband is a high earning executive, with great references, So hopefully we are just what you are looking for also.

Please contact me if you think we fit the bill.

Best regards

Hazel Walsh
