The problem is not just finding the job but having a suitable status to live and work here. Let's say that you have a job offer from a Florida company as a coach builder. It's about as useful to your goal as a chocolate teapot since it is highly unlikely that you will be able to secure a suitable status through that job. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and all that.

Thanks for your reply. We were told that if you had a job offer then we can apply for a work visa.Is that not the case and if not how do we go about emigrating to the USA?

You can apply for an EB3 immigrant visa. You can't start work until you get the visa, and the line is currently 5 years or so long. Expect around $20k in legal fees, and even then there are no guarantees.. So yes, you can apply for a visa with a job offer, but the practical reality is that it probably won't wash.

There are other esoteric visas you might pursue if, for example, you've won awards for your coach building work.
