hi i have diploma in site management and have been building house flats and schools for for 10 year is there jobs in america for me in that field can anyone tell me best way to look

It's not the job you need but a status whereby you have permission to work here. And without that, your quest is hopeless. You are extremely unlikely to receive a suitable status based on your skills as described.
