You can get it from any service provider's showroom. There are various companies which offers set-top box with different benefits. Just you need to know which companies frequency is best in your locality.

Just a small caveat. If you're looking for US television channel specifically, you are going to find that the satellites often aren't accessible from anywhere other than North America. You need to find a satellite provider in your country that offers US channels - or resort to the Internet and various schemes to tap into the online availability of what you're looking for.
