Visiting my Wife

Hi everyone,

I am from the UK and recently married my US girlfriend at the end of a 5 week stay on the VWP, a few days before leaving the country.

We have no intent of me moving out to the USA, but for her to move to the UK once I have finished university in about 10-12 months, something that we will be saving for from now and looking into in more detail at a later date.

However until then we still want to be able to visit each other; is there going to be any complications in visiting for a week or two every so often considering that we married whilst I was on VWP? Would I still be able to just visit in the future on the VWP?

probably yes ... having a wife there they are bound to assume you have immigration intent .. you will need lot of evidence tothe contrary

Any ideas on what kind of evidence would be required; I'll be in employment in the UK, halfway through my final year at University, with a housing contract that doesn't end until July? I guess this is the type of evidence that suggests I don't have any plans on staying there longer than my flight back since that wouldn't be the wisest of things to do?
