US Army does not "sponsor" visas or citizen ships. GC holders can join the US Forces in non-officer ranks.

Most teaching jobs are, of course, with government schools. Most government agencies are not allowed to sponsor people for visas, and probably couldn't afford it if they could. The one exception I see over and over are for medical personnel, especially nurses. Unfortunately they only recruit nurses that are qualified under the American system (mainly from the Philippines and Panama) and therefore have already passed their boards.

However, there are no restrictions on teachers in private schools. These jobs tend to pay less, since the teachers should have an easier time of it with private students (better behaved, study, probably come to school unarmed).

There's nothing stopping a potential candidate from taking the NCLEX exam. Of course there are further requirements in both qualifications and experience. However, this visa category is currently backlogged with no visa numbers available. When it will start moving again is anyone's
guess.

The OP's issue is not finding a job but finding a suitable immigration status. Beyond drug running or the white slave trade, most undocumented workers in the US of A are picking crops in the field or flipping burgers.

As far as nursing goes there are minimum course requirements. I'm not sure how one would pass the exam if whole areas of study (e.g. obstetrics) are missing.

It is getting harder and harder to enter illegally, too. Mexico was the normal path, but they are getting tougher on immigrants from other countries using theirs as a conduit. And, of course, I can't imagine you want to pick grapes and then move on to pick oranges. The national minimum wage is $5.65 per hour, with some states having higher minimums. Grape pickers aren't that well paid.

Remember, you are talking about a country with little in the way of social welfare systems and no national health system.
