Default Advice from you wise people wanted please

Hi All,

I'm wanting to move to the USA. The problem is I'm going to have to apply for a relocation order as I have children that I want to take with me.

My question is, and I know you're not lawyers, do I apply for a green card job first then put in my application to relocate so it demonstrates that I am moving for a reason-that is I have a job. OR do I put in the application that I want to relocate then once it's approved find a job.

The reason I'm asking which is the best order is because I'm unsure of how long it takes to get a green card visa even if you're sponsored by a USA company? Is it like 6-12mths or shorter because the company is sponsoring me?

I know that the court case for the relocation could take a year or more if it's disputed by my ex, so I'm confused about the best possible time line.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Quick guide on getting to the USA with an employment visa

Your need a degree , a Masters of PhD is better

You apply for jobs

If an employer want you he will file for a visa for you ... you cannot

You get a visa ....you travel
you start job
the employer can if he chooses file for a green card for you
this can take 1 to 6 years to arrive

You can be fired at will .

There is little to none employees rights

very basic but gives you the gist
