My wife finally made it.

Not sure if you guys remember me, but my wife made it here, from Japan.

As far as her SS card goes, we requested that on her visa application, so she should get that in a few weeks, correct?

What about her I-551 green card? Her visa serves as a temporary (which I assume she will need to carry around), but do we need to apply for that, or will it be sent to her?

I'm asking here now to try to get a quick answer, so I don't miss any deadlines, but I will also be searching myself.
