Setting up a business, LA markets, cupcake flavors

Hi guys

I need to look for a job but I'm thinking of setting up a cupcake biz on the side. Just wanted to know how I would go about setting up a business name, company etc. I would like to sell the cupcakes at the markets. Does anyone know of any good markets in LA and is it hard to get into?

If any of you like cupcakes, can you also tell me what your fave flavors are or what flavors you would like to see at the stores.
